What are we expecting?

• You’re experienced in managing websites without assistance, and you enjoy sharing your knowledge to help others.
• You can produce web-based documentation or tutorials with minimal direction.
• Passion for marketing, a strong desire to learn, and a professional drive.
• Solid understanding of different digital product marketing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Amazing team player and capable of coordinating team members.
• Having WordPress and SaaS product content writing experience is a plus..
• Knowledge in Inbound Sales, SEO, Content Marketing, Paid Marketing, etc.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Content Writer.
• Experience in writing WordPress-related products like themes and plugins is a bonus.
• Sound SEO knowledge is preferable.
• Portfolio of previous works and published articles.
• Experience doing research using multiple sources.

Educational Qualification Required:

• We need hungry and passionate people. We don’t care about your degrees.
• Preferably CSE Background. Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English, Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in CSE, CS, Bachelor in Engineering (BEng) in EEE, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).

Job Responsibilities

• Write technical content for WordPress, SaaS-related blogs, and product documentation.
• Writing technical tutorials that are easy to read and error-free while following a detailed style guide.
• Self-editing and proofreading to make sure your content is easy for a beginner to follow.
• Writing blog posts, website content, and anything that has to do with writing.
• Writing clear marketing copy to promote our products/services.
• Take screenshots and record videos to explain our products.
• Working closely with the marketing team and visual experts to come up with excellent content.
• Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies).
• Preparing well-structured drafts using content management systems.
• Extensively study & write blogs on industry trends, products, etc
• Proofread and edit blog posts before publishing.
• Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to illustrate the article.
• Must meet DEADLINEs.
• Be open to feedback from the team on any improvisations or corrections.
• Work on multiple briefs at the same time.
