We are looking for a Technical Content Writer to join our growing SaaS and WordPress product team. You will create clear, accurate, and search-driven content that helps users understand our products, solves real problems, and supports product growth.

What You’ll Work On: 

• In-depth blog articles, tutorials, and guides related to:
  - SaaS products
  - WordPress plugins
  - Product features, updates, and use cases
• SEO-focused technical content that ranks and converts
• Documentation, onboarding content, and knowledge-base articles
• Content that bridges technical accuracy and business clarity
   

What We’re Looking For
Core Writing & Technical Skills- 

• Proven experience writing technical content (SaaS, WordPress, or developer-focused topics)
• Strong understanding of:
  - WordPress ecosystem
  - SaaS products and workflows
• Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, user-friendly way
• Experience writing SEO-optimized content that performs in search engines
• Strong research, outlining, and editing skills
• Excellent written English and attention to detail
   

AI-Driven Content Skills (Important)

• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Surfer, etc.) for:

     - Research and ideation
     - Structuring long-form content
     - Improving clarity and readability

• Ability to fact-check, refine, and humanize AI-assisted drafts
• Understanding of AI limitations in technical accuracy and SEO
• Commitment to originality, correctness, and product truth

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Technical Content Writer.
• A portfolio showcasing previous works and published articles.
• Proven ability to conduct detailed research using multiple sources.

Educational Qualification Required:

• We value passion and enthusiasm over formal education. 
• However, a degree in CSE, BA, EEE, BBA, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Responsibilities

• Research topics deeply and translate complex technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand content for non-technical and semi-technical audiences
• Produce high-quality technical content (blogs, guides, tutorials, documentation) with minimal supervision
• Create SEO-focused content that supports inbound marketing, product adoption, and conversions
• Manage and update content across WordPress websites independently, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing team members to ensure technical correctness and product alignment
• Use AI-assisted tools responsibly for research, outlining, and drafting—while ensuring originality, accuracy, and human judgment
• Continuously review, edit, and improve content based on performance, feedback, and product updates
• Maintain a strong understanding of WordPress, SaaS workflows, and web technologies
• Contribute ideas for content topics, distribution, and improvement with a growth and learning mindset
• Support broader content marketing efforts, including SEO, inbound sales content, and (when needed) paid marketing initiatives
