We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to lead our brand presence across social platforms. In this role, you will manage content creation, community engagement, and campaign execution—while collaborating closely with our digital marketing and product teams to support both current plugin users and future SaaS product audiences.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing—preferably in a WordPress or SaaS environment.
- Strong grasp of content strategy, platform algorithms, and audience engagement.
- Proficiency in tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and basic analytics platforms (Google Analytics, platform-native insights).
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of paid ads management and reporting (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Familiarity with WordPress ecosystems and trends is a big plus.
Bonus Skills
- Experience launching or promoting SaaS products
- Familiarity with WordPress plugins or site-building workflows
- Basic video editing (for Reels, Shorts, or tutorials)
- Understanding of SEO, content funnels, and affiliate/influencer campaigns
Educational Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline preferably in English medium.
Job Responsibilities
- Social Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies tailored to both WordPress and SaaS audiences. - Content Creation & Scheduling
Create, curate, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube to build community and drive traffic. - Campaign Management
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms to support lead generation, product launches, and brand awareness. - Digital Marketing Collaboration
Work with digital marketing and SEO teams on blog promotions, email marketing, funnel optimization, and content repurposing. - Analytics & Optimization
Track KPIs like reach, engagement, conversions, and CTR. Prepare reports and optimize campaigns based on performance insights. - Community Engagement
Monitor platforms for messages, mentions, and comments. Respond promptly to foster interaction and build trust. - Trend Monitoring
Stay updated on platform changes, viral trends, competitor activity, and new tools—and integrate them into the strategy.
Cross-Team Coordination
Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, developers, and product managers to align messaging and campaigns.
